Josh Svec brings hands-on real estate development experience and a strong understanding of what makes a project viable, from initial site evaluation and market research through planning, approvals and execution.

Through his work with Treepad Property and Greener Project Development Inc., Josh has been involved in residential development projects throughout Nova Scotia, with particularly deep experience in Wolfville and the Annapolis Valley and Antigonish. His work has included site identification, development feasibility, market and demographic analysis, municipal engagement, project positioning and navigating the planning and approval process.

Josh takes a research-driven approach to development, combining detailed market intelligence with practical experience to evaluate highest and best use, identify opportunities and risks, and help property owners make informed decisions about complex real estate assets.

As a development consultant to Prescott Real Estate, Josh adds an important perspective to assignments where a property's value may extend beyond its current use and where planning, redevelopment or repositioning potential can materially affect the best path to market.
