Jacquelyn Moriarty brings a multidisciplinary background in commercial real estate, valuation, financial analysis and marketing to the Prescott team.

Her experience includes several years working with two of Atlantic Canada’s most respected commercial real estate firms, where she supported hundreds of assignments spanning property research, valuation, financial modelling, market analysis and the preparation of sophisticated real estate marketing materials.

Jacquelyn has completed four of the five courses in the University of British Columbia's real estate appraisal program and brings strong analytical skills to evaluating properties, development opportunities and investment scenarios. Her experience building detailed pro formas and analyzing property economics helps Prescott look beyond a conventional listing approach to understand the financial story behind an asset.

At Prescott, Jacquelyn contributes to valuation, research, positioning and marketing strategy, helping ensure that complex properties are presented to the market with clear analysis, strong supporting materials and a compelling investment case.
